Relying on independent patented technology (patent number: ZL2020224733433), the FCV-E2800 axial flow electric regulating valve (cascade type) is focused on research and development. Due to the innovation and progress of the transmission structure, its product performance is significantly better than that of the Mokvled transmission structure regulating valve (existing type), and the test data also significantly exceeds national and international standards.
At present, the domestically produced Axial control valve all adopt the Dutch MokVeld type transmission structure (45 degree inclined rack meshing vertical exchange), which is an atypical mechanical structure with special and complex processes, high processing difficulty, time-consuming, and poor stability.
The innovative technology of "Juvalve" adopts a typical mechanical transmission structure of "umbrella gear+screw nut", avoiding the disadvantages of atypical mechanical structures, while improving product performance parameters, fully realizing the interchangeability of parts, and achieving significant effectiveness.
Expand the application scenarios of innovative structure axial flow control valves to a wider range, iterate the axial flow control valve with inclined rack and pinion vertical transmission structure, from 150 pound level to 900 pound level, from high pressure difference to large diameter, and achieve the goal of "one technology iteration".
